Class of 1975 Family Gathering - Antietam Recreation in Funkstown, MD ACTIVITIES: Swimming (heated pool), Canoeing, kayaking, cable ride, boat slide, tennis, badminton, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, horseshoes, shuffleboard, softball, relaxing by the pool, talking with friends, enjoying a picnic lunch, and hiking. Don't forget to bring proper clothing for all these activities. Changing rooms and showers are available.
BRING: Your own food, eating utensils, cups and plates. Grills are available.
COST: Free !!!!!!!!!
NOTE: THIS IS A SMOKE FREE AND ALCOHOL FREE FACILITY

Directions:

 1. Take South Potomac Street in Waynesboro through Hagerstown, go past South High, continue under Rt. 70 on Sharpsburg Pike, go about 1.5 miles, turn left on Wagaman Road, continue on Wagaman Road for about 1.2 miles, at stop sign turn right on Garis Shop Road, go .4 of a mile and turn left at Antietam Recreation sign.

2. Take Clayton Avenue in Waynesboro, down State Hill (5th Street), go through blinking lights at Ringgold, go straight on Rt. 64, continuing through Smithsburg, make left on Robinwood Drive, go past Hagerstown Community College, proceed straight over Rt. 40 to Funkstown, at light in Funkstown go straight towards Boonsboro, go under Rt. 70 and turn right on Poffenberger Rd, make an immediate left on Garis Shop Road, cross the Antietam Creek, follow curve to left, go .4 of a mile and turn left at Antietam Recreation sign.
